As the founder of Flume Tax and Business Concierge, I bring a perspective that combines high-level financial precision with real-world entrepreneurial grit. My career has spanned a wide spectrum of the tax world and I'm always looking for ways to do things better. The STRATEGY component of tax has always fascinated me but I've noticed over the years that the basics are often overlooked in the mad rush to meet tax deadlines. This rush usually results in waving goodbye to a number of opportunities to redirect business profit back towards growth, your family, or whatever you want. It doesn't have to be this way.

I've also personally managed the challenges of scaling and successfully exiting a business. I know that for successful businesses, tax is often the single largest financial burden. I founded Flume to move beyond basic filing and offer proactive entity optimization and strategic partnership. My mission is to help you protect your assets and build a lasting legacy by turning your heaviest financial burden into your greatest strategic advantage.

We work both virtually and on-site with clients across Colorado and Arizona. Our dedicated team consists of top U.S. tax professionals based in Fort Collins and Tucson. All of us are fully registered with the IRS, and we are career tax professionals committed to continuously mastering the ever-evolving tax regulations and rules throughout the year.

Each member of our team possesses the required 5 years of education for CPA licensure eligibility (including undergraduate and master’s coursework), and while not everyone is licensed yet, even our least experienced member has worked full-time in a public accounting tax firm for a minimum of 5 years.
